Simpson v. Schweiker, 691 F.2d 966 (11th Cir. 1982). In this case, Todd Johnson appealed, argued and had reversed district court and agency rulings which terminated Simpson's disability benefits without substantial evidence of improvement of his condition. A congressional committee contacted Todd for assistance in drafting the revised agency termination guidelines flowing from the Simpson case.

plaintiff and successfully appealed a District Court order. Todd argued the case in
the 11th circuit, and the circuit court reversed and ruled under the ADEA that Jameson was
at least entitled to consideration for jobs which became available after a
Mathis v. Reichhold Chemicals, Inc., U.S.D.C. N.D.Ga., No. 4:92-CV-0096-HLM summ aff. at 78 F.3d 600 (11th Cir.1996) With a local physician as an expert and facing, one of the country's chief defense toxicologists Todd and Cynthia Johnson prevailed at trial in this toxic tort case and won a Daubert hearing allowing a country doctor's testimony. The 11th circuit summarily affirmed the Daubert ruling and the verdict on appeal.

Burger v. Cagle's, U.S.D.C. N.D.Ga.,No. 4:98-CV-0246-HLM summ. aff. at 260 F.3d 627 (11th Cir. 2001) Cynthia Johnson defended the Burger verdict against Cagle's and an order granting her enhanced fees. After her argument, an eleventh circuit panel summarily affirmed the verdict. Burger was a case brought by a poultry grower who was wrongfully terminated by the company which had supplied his birds.
